BOOKINGS
Bookings are made online via the Cooma Ski Club web-based Booking system only (Google Chrome and IE are the supported browsers).
Credit and Debit Card payment are preferred, please avoid using other payment mechanisms if possible. Cooma Ski Club also accepts direct deposit, please follow the instructions on your invoice. The Booking system uses eWay (www.eway.com.au) to securely process your Visa, Mastercard and American Express payments; no surcharge is applied for using Credit and Debit Cards.
Please note the Cooma Ski Club no longer accepts cheques or cash.
Book the nights required rather than for check in and check out. For example:
-Saturday night (Sunday checkout); select the Saturday in the booking system.
-Wednesday to Saturday (Sunday checkout); select Wednesday to Saturday in the booking system.
WINTER
IMPORTANT NOTICE – Booking Rules Have Changed For ROUND 1, see details below.
Winter bookings are divided into three rounds as per below:
Round One – 7 NIGHTS MAXIMUM
Open to members and their immediate families (spouse/partner and children under 18) for full week or weekend bookings only for a maximum of 7 nights total. Guests are not permitted to be booked during this round and all bookings must start and finish on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
The online booking period for bookings of (individual or combined):
6 nights commencing on the Sunday 2.00pm to the following Saturday 10.00am; or
5 nights commencing on the Sunday 2.00pm to the following Friday 10.00am; or
2 nights Friday 2.00pm to Sunday 10.00am; or
1 night Saturday 2.00pm to Sunday 10.00am.
A maximum of 7 nights during NSW school holidays are allowed to be booked during Round One. Families receive priority bookings during the NSW school holiday period.
IMPORTANT CHANGES TO ROUND 1
As per the motion at the AGM, any one member can only book (or be booked) for no more than 7 nights during Round 1. This may be over several shorter bookings or one booking of 7 nights, but the total number of nights any member is able to be booked in the lodge may not exceed 7.
Any bookings that exceed 7 nights will be cancelled. The entire booking will be cancelled, including the nights of any other members in that booking. A 20% cancellation fee will also be charged. Please see Cancellation Policy for more details.
Round Two
Open to members and their immediate families (spouse/partner and children under 18) for bookings of any duration (No cap on number of nights per member). Guests are not permitted to be booked during this round.
Round Three
All bookings accepted of any duration and accompanying non-member guests. Please note, non-member guests are not able to be booked into overflow beds.
All bookings and room selections are subject to changes by the Committee and Manager.
Linen rental is available, please contact the manager before or upon arrival.
Store purchases and any outstanding accommodation accounts must be paid in full on departure.
SUMMER
Summer bookings can be made in advance via the online booking system. Summer bookings open Friday 6.00pm of the June long weekend including the very popular Easter and Christmas periods. Christmas and Easter are available for full lodge bookings only, please email bookings@coomaskiclub.org.au to book these periods.
Linen rental and store purchases are not available during summer.
Please note summer bookings must be paid at the time of booking and the cancellation policy applies.
