CANCELLATION

IMPORTANT NOTICE – CANCELLATION POLICY HAS CHANGED

All bookings cancellations (Summer and Winter) are to processed in the online booking system.  Please note the cancellation policy applies to both tentative and confirmed bookings.  Cancellations will not be accepted by the Manager.

All booking cancellations, will incur a minimum 20% cancellation fee.

Booking cancellations advised with 15 - 28 days will result in a 50% cancellation fee.

Booking cancellations with less than 15 days notice will forfeit the entire booking cost.

Cancellations will be provided as credit to the member which should be used within the season; refunds of remaining credit will be processed at the end of season into the members nominated bank account. 

Credit card surcharge is non-refundable under any circumstances.

The committee will consider cancellation refunds on compassionate grounds when outside the policy above, please email info@coomaskiclub.org.au.
